Beginning of the Year Meeting
Tuesday, September 16, 2014
There will be a pre-season meeting for both the Girls' and Boys' Swim and Dive teams in the Chatfield High School library. This is a great opportunity to meet and greet the coaches and ask any questions that you may have concerning the upcoming season. There will also be information regarding fees and training opportunities before the seasons begin. If you know of someone who may be interested in joining our team this year, please pass this information along to them.
Athletes - Right after school, 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm
Parents and Guardians - 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Girls' Season Schedule
Attached you will find the preliminary meet schedule for the Girls' season. Please remember that this schedule is subject to change. We will send out the qualifying times and dive scores for Coaches Invite and State as soon as they are available.

Understanding Required Fees
...and ways to earn funds toward those fees.
District Athletic Fee: $150 paid to the school at the time of registration for each sport. (Swim/dive are combined.)
Pool and Team Fees: $200 covers Pool Usage, Swim Cap, Team T-Shirt and Athlete Banquet cost. Team Fee must be paid by end of season.
Gear Fees: Optional Suit, Sweats, Bags, Jackets, etc. Our plan is to continue the same gear options as last year.
King Soopers Cards are a great way to offset these expenses, 5% returns to your athlete/family account. King Soopers accounts are updated monthly and can be credited to your fee at the appropriate time. Contact Coach Ron if you want a card.
Note: Anyone with financial issues with fees please contact coach Ron directly. If you want to participate we will find a way to make that happen.
